Material on exterior by pin hitch

We went to check on our montana and found that the material under the front area, by the hitch was cracked and shattered. Is this material plastic or fiberglass. It looks like someone put their fist through it and shattered it. Anything anyone can suggest will be appreciated.

Stone chip might do it, get your dealer to order replacement parts, turn it in to your insurance company?? Saw this happen to a rig in Texas, when they were traveling from Ontario, must have had a stone fly up there. Their insurance paid for most of it, minus, of course, any deductable.

Al says it is plastic.
