Good News!

Well, I just talked to the dealer yesterday and he said do you want the good news? I said, well, as long as there's no bad news to go with it! When we ordered our new home, they told us 10-12 weeks. Well, that was fine as it was what we expected...but now, they say 30 days. He said they are pretty tight with their rep and he made a few phone calls to the factory and there's one already in the pipeline that they can add the few extras we put on. Don't know how they do it, but it was good news.

sometimes they can work with you as long as your order isn't too custom.

Great! We had the same thing happen for us - the first time (long story, not going into it here). But they can find dealer ordered units (for their lots), that they can trade for.

I sorta doubt that it will happen in my case then.. I ordered the Dual Pane windows. They tell my that dealers dont usually order them that way for their lot.
