We got 32 % off the MSRP of 59,550 on our 2006.5 3500rl. No trade. I also think you should try for another 5%. Remember this, YOU are the MAN, not them!

I dug out our price list used about 6 weeks ago. It matches exactly with Bob & Lee's numbers. All these matches reported in this thread make me think the list is, indeed, originated from Keystone and not "made up" by each dealer. Some dealers may use their own, however.
Mine says 'effective 5/1/06' in an upper corner.

Steve, Mine is also dated 5/1/06 and has all the models across the top and no dealer logo or name. The dealer said he would contact me today, closed sunday and monday, and let the games begin..If the price isnt right Ill keep what I got.

We noted when we were sending out bids for our 3400 all around the country that there was a standard MSVRP list. It would be to much of a coincidence to have many dealers from all over the country with the exact same MSVRP list. This makes me think that although Keystone denies a MSVRP list there is a "suggested MSVRP list" from Keystone. This thread further confirms that suspicion. Our dealer has their own MSVRP list on the exact same form but @ 15% less MSVRP. Example list dated 11/14/05 MSVRP base 3400 46,840 Our dealer MSVRP 3400 39,620..all options were like wise discounted.

The RVIA seal is required. I personally think it should be buried in the base price but it's listed as a mandantory option.

The free standing dinette was a option on our 06 3400 delivered in May.Check with Steve R as I think he ordered the last 3400??? The sofa bed was also a option..Your dealer should provide a option list.

I don't think you can get the booth anymore in the 3400. The dinette set was on our sheet, but no price behind it... Thinking that it was considered a standard item. Not sure on this though.

On our 2007 3400 the free standing dinette/four chairs was a $500 (msrp) option. The hide-a-bed sofa was a $110 (msrp) option...or you'll get the standard jackknife sofa.

The free standing dinette was an extra cost option on ours, too. I assume the standard is the booth.
