Little tiny storage compartment

I have a "new to me" 2007 3485 SA with a tiny storage compartment on the driver's side. The door is maybe 8 inches wide and 6 inches tall. I was told it was for storing the sewer hose but my shortest sewer hose would not fit inside. The plastic hose support would not even fit in the door. It is definitely bigger inside the door, maybe 18"-20" wide and 9-10" high.

What do you do with this little compartment?

John

I have a small door like that on mine, but it's the access to the pull handles for the black and grey tanks.

My 2013 has that door and I can fit two of my sewer hoses in there and three of the accessories for the hoses. I use the Rhino collapsible/slinky hoses. The box behind the door on mine extends from the wheel well to about 6" past the door and about a foot back and high.

My Rhino sewer hose, fittings, 6” clear extension, and rubber gloves fit in mine.
