First time 5'r

We are Donna & Reinier, new members and just purchased a 2017 Montana HC 353RL. I purchased used and lightly used, first time towing a 5'r from CT where we purchased it to NJ. I've done plenty of towing and its much smoother than conventional trailers! We did the snowbird thing last winter to FL with a 27' trailer and are looking forward to next year with the 5'r.

Welcome. I went from tent camping to a our 5ver and ha only towed small trailers. Once you learned the turning radius and turning inside of your track difference it was pretty smooth learning curve

Welcome from North Central Arkansas. There are a lot of great and knowledgeable folks on here to answer your questions.

You will really appreciate that 5th wheel when you make the long hauls!

Forums are a great way of exchanging info and getting to know people with similar interests! I use them as well as research for items in my business! Thanks again for the warm welcome, I'm sure we are going to enjoy this 5'r. I've been camping for over 50 years, from tents, pop-ups, trailers and now a 5'r, of course now we call it glamping!
