Latest Montana price sheet

We do have the latest Montana price sheet confirmed today by Mike Mack District sales rep for our area(Ohio) It does include the 3402.If you have a price sheet that does NOT include the 3402 it is NOT the latest.

The price sheet is from our dealer, Town& CountryRv in Clyde ,Ohio and reflects Town and country pricing and may not be the same as your dealer. This is not a special for me only price list it is for anyone who walks through the door.

A google of the Internet shows a sticker price of as high as 84K in Texas with the average being between 69K and 76K around the country. Now these are dealer sticker pricing and mean nothing except for reference.

The price list states base price and options. I did confirm that all the options listed are actually options. Ex: although most Montana's come with the Mor Ryde hitch pin it IS a option and we saw many on the line at the rally that did not have the Mor Ryde hitch pin.

The price list is meant to be a guide to aid you in determining a pricing.

If you wantt one let me know include a E mail address and I will send it out.

They are really getting high priced. Is the 3402 a new model for 2012? Does it replace another model?

The 3402 is a enhanced version of the 3400 and they are fairly new. The dealer sticker price means nothing but it does show how varied they can be...

Everyone who asked for a price list should have it. Remember now this is from one dealer in Northern, Ohio. What ypu calculate on the price list is a good starting negotiating point.

Rich,

Could you send it to me as well? Also, let's see how many members we can get to buy a new coach from your dealer this spring - volume discount!!!! I'm on the fence between the Big Sky 3402RL or a new Redwood.

WOW! The new Redwood's are pretty impressive looking. They've gotta be a lot more $$$ than a Montana of comparable floor plan I would think.

I have a question. The leather recliners and couch are listed as very expensive options. When I was at the plant I was told they were now the standard in the Montana and the last of the old cloth models were just off the assembly line. ?????

Dealerships are working deals on the new Redwoods! I've got two deals in the works for spring orders - both deals have the Redwood w/ most options and full body paint cheaper than I can currently order a new Big Sky. Keystone has been good to me over the past 9 years on both of my Montana's and I'd like to stay in their line up. At the end of the day, I am pretty sure the best deal is going to win...

Redwood is a new division of Thor. Started back in 2010. My 3400RL is 2" just shy of 40'. From what I've read about the new 3402RL - it is supposed to be 2' longer than the standard 3400RL. My assumption would make the new 3402RL at 41' give or take a few inches.

Rich,
I am looking forward to getting inside a new 3402 after looking at the floor plan on Keystone's website.

I would like the price sheet please-Thank you skleski@neo.rr.com I have seen the 3402 and the Redwood units about a week ago-they are both nice units. Redwood comes with the leveling system. You can also order an extra 15000BTU air unit and you will need it according to Alpine owners which have the same system. It is a new residential type heating and cooling system with returns-runs quieter. 3402 shower is nice and potty room which is larger has a sink-super idea. My wife and I are leaning toward the 3402 when we make a switch.

Helen did not measure that Phil but it is a completly new design and it is larger.

It appears that all the additional room is in the front of the 3402. Helen thinks it has more inside storage space than our 06 3400. Those ceiling to floor cabinets in the kitchen are deeper for example. The closet beside the bed is deeper.

So with all this additional storage and extra length is Keystone still sending them out of the factory with the standard Marathon tire?
