Had JT Strongarms on my previous fifth wheel, and to be honest, didn't seem to solve the problem as much as most claim. Took them off when I traded for the 3750FL with the intention of installing them on the new unit. Instead, I bought a tripod, Ultra Fab with adjustable legs, and in my honest opinion, it works as good if not better than the JT's. Again, just my opinion.

We use a good tripod and don't set up without it. Washer/dryer is in the bedroom and without the tripod shakes the whole rig.

The fringe benefit of the tripod is that it provides a convenient place to tie the plastic bag for all my empty beer bottles. I haven't decided yet if it really stabilizes or not and we have not had to use the newly installed W/D to see if it shakes with or without the tripod. For now, it is not taking up needed space in the bed of the truck so I will keep trying it.
