Pin box bolt torque

Have tried to search and can not find what the torque for the pin box bolts should be.

I think you have 5/8-11 bolts, but here is what Mor/Ryde Pin box installation doc says.

1/2-13 Bolts = 65 ft lbs.
5/8-11 Bolts = 120 ft lbs.
3/4-10 Bolts = 220 ft lbs.

When I installed my 5th Airborne system the instructions stated to use new bolts and re-torque after 200 miles.

When checking mine a year or so back i found two bolts almost loose and one more needing a bunch of tightening although not as bad. I have the Lippert, not the Moryde box.

I didn't have the specs with me but I did have a bolt torque table. 5/8-11, grade fives can take up to 150 lb. ft. so that's what i did. You are squeezing two flat metal plates together so there is nothing wrong with doing the bolts fully up. If your manual says different then go by the manual.

Check 'em same as you must do for the axle u bolts and such.
