MOST of them are under the bathroom sink. Not all. If your sink is in a slide out, such as on the 3810/11/12/13, they put it inside the wall between the hallway & the cabinets next to the shower. There is an access panel inside the bottom cabinet with 4 screws that hold it on. Sneaky little buggers.

I had to replace my outside shower faucet due to a split in the housing and while behind the convenience center discovered the back flow preventer right there behind the hose connection, hmm. Also my bathroom faucet squeaked and drove me nuts. I couldn't get to the valve to lube it so I replace the faucet with a nice set from Lowe's. All happy now.
