Outside shower
I just purchased a 07 Monty 3500RL. The outside shower has a fitting like an air hose fitting. Does anyone know where I can purchase a water hose with that kind of fitting? Is this a standard brass fitting that comes on 5th wheels?
Thanks
Greg

Did you not receive a hose to fit that? It is standard. It is blue and coiled. Most RV stores will have it in stock. Larry

Here is what was originally supplied, there may be cheaper sources however. Note that the other end has a regular garden hose end so any sprayer from Walmart, etc. is what is typically attached.
Blue coiled hose
Hope this helps,

It sounds like the same fitting I have. I use the small coiled blue hose that came with our unit and connect the outside shower to it for filling the fresh water tank or black tank flush. I have a quick connect fitting on the other end which I quickly attach to the desired water line I want to use it on. It came with our camper. You might need to contact your dealer and see if they can get you one.

X2 on Bingo, or you might call Keystone customer service they might have another supplier that's more reasonable.

I think that it is the original supplier, I remembered them from posts a couple of years ago. The biggest hint is they are located in Elkhart, IN. I looked at a couple other places on the internet and they were actually higher. Have no idea what they want for shipping.

Thanks for your help. I bought the Montana used a couple of weeks ago. I did not see the hose in question. I did some more looking in the box that had the sewer hose and fittings. I found the hose at the bottom of the box. I appreciate the help.
Thanks
Greg

Greg,
Ihad the exact same issue on my 2006 Monty. Had the blue hose but no fitting to attach to the brass quick connect on the shower. I went to two dealser and they just looked at me with a blank stare and told me to go to a plumbing store. Which I did and replaced the brass fitting to one that would fit a normal hose. It looked like a great idea but someone needs to carry the other part. Mark

Our outside shower started rusting(certainly not brass) in the quick attachment device, cleaned it and it worked ok. I have since attached a flexible shower line down to the black tank flush and just turn on the hot and cold when flushing the BT without having to hookup anything. We carry a splitter to hookup to the campground water and use one side for an outside shower. Check your thread size and buy adapters and any attachments you would like from Lowes or Home Depot, it is less cost and probably better quality.

Would one not be causing a public disturbance by showering outside naked not to mention being arrested for littering. Helen uses the outside shower to clean the floor of the bird cage.
