hello NMex45, Sounds like you have low hydraulic fluid in your reservoir, or possibly a bad pump??? Might be a good place to start. It would help to know the model of your rig:}
Download the Lippert NOW app from Google play store. Lots of good info, manuals, TSB, troubleshooting etc.
Lippert also has excellent help desk support.

In their troubleshooting steps, they talk about jumpering around the red self resetting circuit breakers on the wall behind the batteries, then run it.
If it works the 50A red self-resetting circuit breaker is weak.
The Lippert TSB recommends putting the hydraulic system on its own 80A circuit breaker.
Before you replace the pump or pump motor, be sure there is power going to the reversing switch. If the auto reset breaker that feeds 12 volt power to the switch has failed, the pump will not work, and you will not have power inside the rig on the 12 volt side if the shore power is disconnected. If that is the case, the auto reset breaker will need to be replaced, and should be replaced with an 80 amp breaker per Lippert. If the breaker checks out, then there is a procedure for diagnosing the hydraulic pump and switch. https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd_0001894.pdf
If the breaker is bad, these are photos of our breaker install behind where the batteries are, a photo of an 80 amp breaker and one of what the 50 amp breaker looks like without the red plastic insulator. https://manuals.heartlandowners.org/...ippert0058.pdf
