Jarred Pasta sauce UUGGGHHHHH!!!!

Most people are under the assumption that it takes hours to make a good pasta sauce, that's why they turn to jarred sauce. Well throw that Ragu away!!! Here is a recipe that will make a very good Bolognese in about the same amount of time it will take you to make pasta. Here is what you will need;
5qt chef pan
1lb lean ground beef
1 28oz. can tomato sauce
1 medium onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
4 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons oregano
2 bay leaves crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

over medium heat, heat olive oil
add onion and sauté 3min
add garlic and sauté 2min.
add ground beef and brown well do not drain
add tomato sauce and all spices mix well
bring to hard simmer and cover
turn heat down to low
simmer 15-20 min stirring occasionally

Photos and instructions also on the MOG on facebook.
