Dometic Thermostats

OK, Having problems getting the Dometic Thermostat to work or get it to do anything. We have been able to set the clock but that is it! HELP!!! It's getting cold in here!

Rondo, did they change the thermostat? Ours has two zones, heat is in zone 2 on ours if I remember correctly. Hit mode until it comes to furnace, then set temp.

Ron, we had the ether wire that is on the back of the thermostat have a loose connection on our 3850. Not sure what the man did but might be a shot.

Ron read the manual. The same thing happened to ours, there is a way to reset the thermostat.

(CCC 2 System Only) Reset & Checkout
1.
System Reset
After setting the dip switches in the electronic control, do a system reset.
a.
Reconnect the 12 Vdc and 120 Vac power supplies.
b.
Make sure the CCC 2 thermostat is in the OFF mode.
c.
Simultaneously press the MODE and ZONE buttons. The LCD will display "IniT" and all available zones.
d.
Release the MODE and ZONE buttons.
e.
Press the ON/OFF button to exit system setup.
