OVERNIGHT parts from Keystone

I am finding myself need of a propane regulator that is unique to Montana/Mountaineer. Dealer informed me that it might take a while to get from Indiania...I asked about overnight or 2nd day ..NOPE - only standard ground...TAKE A NUMBER GET IN LINE.

Is this dealer OR factory policy, what does one do if you need the part ASAP ??

they have a propane regulator at Delux trailer that looks just like the montana one has the switch or tank selection and the bubble that goes red or green.

Don...This is the High Pressure regulator on the drivers side tank..The Passengers side has the standard 5-6 lb regulator built into the selector valve.

RL Try contacting the manufacturer directly. They may cooperate and send a replacement out to you. My brother had a problem with his regulator (not a Montana) and had a replacement in short order.

While I don't know the answer, I can say that I needed certain interior finish pieces for our 3400 (valance material and day/night shades) and they were expedited. Had them in 4 or 5 days and dealer said they came UPS Blue.

Keystone just shipped a number of parts to our dealer overnight in order to have them ready for our scheduled appointment this past Monday. The dealer had screwed up by failing to get the parts order in last month when we had the rig in for service, and didn't realize their mistake until I called them last week to verify that all the parts were available for the scheduled work. I suspect that the dealer picked up the tab for the expedited delivery in order to keep me from expressing my displeasure at their mistake. That suggests to me that a dealer might be willing to arrange for overnight delivery if you agree to pay the extra cost.
