Southwestern Florida Gulf Coast Campgrounds

Looking for an RV Park for a (1) Month Stay, for February, or March 2008. Having previously spent several weeks in Condos in Madeira Beach (Tampa/Clearwater Area), and Estero Island (Ft Myers Beach/Bonita Springs Area), I know these areas fairly well for local amenities (Restaurants/Golf), but never really checked out any RV Parks (as I was still working, and only had limited vacation time, choosing to fly to Florida instead of hauling the RV.

Would like the RV park to be within a short driving distance of the Gulf of Mexico. I know that it will be tough to get into a "Nice" park for only a month's stay during the Winter Season, but I'm willing to try.

Any help in recommending a "Nice" Park would be greatly appreciated.

Just need the usual: Full Hook-Up (30 or 50 AMP), maybe a paved/concrete pad area for the awning.

WI-FI would be a definite plus!

Thanks
JP

We spend the winter at Kountree Kampinn in Naples, Fl. The gulf is about 8 miles away from us. They are usually booked solid January and February, but you could give them a try. The park is an older one, mostly 30 amp service but all of the amenities are included in the price. It is a nice quiet family park.

I live in Bradenton, between Tampa and Sarasota, and there's a very nice Encore at exit 220 on I 75
