Homeless and jobless

Well it is official. The house closed today. We are now out of the stick house and spending the first night in a local campground. We need to stick around the area for a month or so to take care of some issues and medical appointments then we are off on our adventure.

Of course it is raining today in the Tampa area so the last loads to the storage shed and the hook up and move to the CG as well as the setup were all in the rain. Didn't even bother to connect sewer TV etc. just to tired at this point. Oh well, we are off and running... and exhausted. The last two weeks of packing and moving everything into storage has been a real drain.

We are glad the house sale went through without a hitch. We had a couple of them fail at closing around us.

Well hope to meet you all on the road soon.

JD and Mert

Congratulations! Moving that last bit is, I think, the most exhausting part! Have many safe travels and keep us posted!

Congratulations. May all your travels be safe ones.

Don't worry about the hookup tonight - you now have a life time for that sort of thing. Enjoy the Moment (Carpe something)

Make sure you take your memory pills, because the first few days of your new adventure will be with you forever; and you won't want to leave out any details when talking with your new found friends.
