The Finished Project
Here is the porch and stairs project in place and in use. This really works well for us.

Stiles-- Isn't it a little hard to pack that porch up and head down the road? Do you have wheels you can put on it and tow it behind the Big Sky?
P.S. It really looks good--Nice Job!!

As I mentioned when I introduced this project, it is not meant to be portable. It is for use at the home base. As full timers we are parked at the "home base" 4 to 6 months of the year. If we change our home base, I can disassemble it in sections, and move it. It is put together with screws and bolts.
It project cost less than $150 and 1/2 that was the paint. I put 2 coats on it and have enough to coat it again several times. I can repaint it once a year for 5 or 6 years if the paint stays good.

Nice job. The factory steps are tricky, this will be much safer.

The hand rail is a big plus for me. I usually have to come down the OEM steps backwards.
Nice job.
