Well Bingo and Hook, we are considering this rally very strong. DW wants to go to Niagra Falls this summer. I'm thinking this would make a nice 10 day to 2 week summer vacation. With or without the new unit.

Send a message via Yahoo to NCFischers
Stan,
You have site 416 and the rest of us are in the 100 to 140 sites. Are you sure that you told them that you were with the Montana group?

It is in the same area Jim, just backs up to the creek. Guess Stan wanted to look at something besides us out the back window?? Stan can verify, but I understand the reasoning if that is indeed his site.

yep..its correct....like that creek view, close to fire pit and pavilion, and just opposite side of road from everyone...I will be able to look right down the middle of the group from where we are...plus we may stay a few more days after the rally....

Does anyone know the agenda? Steve and I are not going to be able to be there for the entire time. This week is too close to our vacation and since I still work, I can't get all of these days off! Thanks

I don't think Larry has made it that far yet, Carla. We will try to get something preliminary posted after the holidays. Obviously, first night would be set aside for meet and greet, other events will be scheduled I am sure.

Hi Carla, the agenda will be very loose. There are lots of things to do there. There will be evening gatherings and there will be entertainment at the pavilion on weekend nights. We will have a meet and greet, and a dinner, either catered or pot luck as all decide. We will have a white elephant after dinner. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for your offers to help. We will need some folks to help set up and host the meet and greet. Bingo and Kathey have the White Elephant and might need some assistance. Cindy and John Walker are making name tags. Some folks can be hosts for dinner. Some folks can help with campfires.

We have had small response to having dinner catered. If you look at their menu, you will see that we can have a very nice meal at reasonable prices and they do all the work. If enough folks want to have it catered, we might be able to offset renting the hall. The normal Potluck is still on the table, no pun intended, so let me know your choice. If we choose the Potluck, some folks will be needed to set up and help with that.

There is no question that you folks will make it special. If there is a particular event that you would rather participate in, please let me know.

We will have the M&G on the 31st and our dinner on the 4th, if thats agreeable.
Larry
