Mini-Rally in Bellingham WA

David and JoAnna, Dick and Toni and Bob and Pam got together for lunch at the Mi Mexico restaurant in Bellingham. A great time was had. Unfortuantely the table had been cleared before the picture was taken and all the Corona bottles were gone!

It was great getting together. Funny how people who have never met in person can just start talking and talking and talking like they've known each other forever!

We leave Demming tomorrow for Vancouver.

Cute picture of you three couples. I'm really gonna miss Dick & Toni Whit (RLWhit) this year at Lake Siskiyou. Why.... I'm so upset that they won't be there, I'm not going to the Mexican Restaurant dinner. There's no one else I want to plant a big smooch on after I have a Margarita (or two).

So you and Mary Kay are/were at Rolling Hills Casino? You spending the night there or did you go the rest of the way to Lake Siskiyou?

Did you notice if the daytime RV parking is still back behind the casino towards the right? Not real sure we want to park in the BIG truck parking as most of us have dogs and don't want them to freak out from all the truck noise while we are in eating breakfast.

Doug and Margee,

We are staying O/N in the RV park. And, WOW, is the wind blowing! Came up about 5pm yesterday and still going strong. Guess the forecast is even stronger tomorrow! There goes even more fuel mileage as it is coming out of the north northwest! Seems to always be my luck..... going directly into a headwind!

Margee they do not want you parking in the casino parking lots and have signs up directing you to the RV park. Of course the truck parking lot is right next to the RV park. We saw several RVs in there. I'd suggest you park there. Just get as far away from the trucks as you can. Most RV folks were far to the south and west in the lot. But there should be plenty of places to park. We did not see ANY RVs in the casino parking lots. Just signs directing you to somewhere else. Security is pretty heavy so I'm sure they'll "direct" you to the place they want you!

Well you're still safe. Mary Kay did not "break the bank". Well I should say she didn't break their bank..... ours is a different story!

Thanks for the update Hamrad..... With a caravan of 6 rigs and then two other MOC couples meeting us there for breakfast.... Who knows... ya'll might have to come and yank us out of the casino!
