2018 Montana kitchen slide binding pop noise jumping gears

Hello everyone, new to this forum, hopefully we can help either with my experience and along the way find the solution to my problem.
Went to slide out the driver’s side kitchen slide, it is of the rack n pinion hydraulic variety, made a loud clock noise a couple of times which indeed jumped teeth and became out of timing and alignment, and at the end of the full open position, the front part of the slide was not all the way open/out. I did some research, replaced both gear bearing pack, retimed and realigned, greased the all The contact area at the gear square tube minus the actual gear area, I even readjusted the square tube right where the bearing pack mount as it was crowned and read that, that will cause binding, after all these repairs nothing made a difference.
If there is anyone that has experienced this condition and if you know the repair please share your experience I’d would appreciate it.
Thank you.
Good weekend Montana family.

Ensure the same number of teeth are exposed on the side rail are equal on each side. It is easier to count when the slide is about half way out (less teeth).

Check the drive on the ram. The ram is capable of going out further that the slide. There are adjusting nuts for out and in. It sounds like the ram is stopping before the slide is all the way open. Check the inside seal to make sure it is completely open all the way on each side. Perhaps get underneath while someone pushes the button to open it up. Watch where the ram pushes on the wall to see if the wall is flexing (ask me why I mention this).

Thank you fir your response.
The slide seals just fine open and closed, once realigned of course. But here is another thing I noticed that about 4-5 inches after opening and the last 4-5 inches before it’s fully closed it start jumping teeth and throws everything out of line.

Thanks Jimcol.
I ran into that thread, right before I subscribe to this forum. I was able to squeeze the crown with a pair of extra large channel locks, lubed the stopper/slide buttons but no difference, the crown was in the same squeezed position after operating the slide.

Arm

on our 2013 3900fb the Hydraulic arm is leaking, Lippert doesn't make them anymore so we have to take it out and have it rebuilt. Our sprockets have 18 teeth and we replaced but that was not the problem.(Hydraulic Arm)

We have a 2020 Montana 3120RL that has the same issue. Slide makes terrible knocking sound and becomes misaligned. Keystone had tech install (2) 3 inch "Service Assembly" brackets (A Band -aid) while it was in warranty. And now its doing the same thing. Anyone out there having this same issue with the 2020 3120 RL ?
