Refrigerator: How does this attach?

Deb cleaned the refrigerator, then asked how does this go back on? I know the plastic piece clips on one of the cooling fins, but does the end of the probe stick out of the piece? I assume it does not directly contact the fin also?

It clips to the fin. I would pull the probe down into the plastic a little, but it doesn't really matter. IIRC, moving the probe vertically on the fin controls the temperature. Can't remember the details, but I think moving it higher is colder. Someone with one of the older units will let you know.

Letting us know the make/model of the fridge will help. Also, complete your signature with year/make/model of your rig.

Up (to Alaska) is colder, down (to South America) is warmer.
