We bought a 2019 Montana and had the dealer do that as well as the inside. It looks as good as new, decals are perfect. Also when u pay for that you also get extended guarantee on the outside.

It is similar to Ceramic Coating but to be honest they try to sell this at Auto Dealerships, you can by the same stuff, clean and dry your camper apply the ceramic coating wax and you will have good results.

I would try to stay clear of all the add one Dealers want to install, one bc most aren’t even done right, second, most of the crud they are selling doesn’t really exist. Worst of all if something happens after they installed whatever try getting it serviced or guaranteed.

I use Meguiars ceramic wax and it lasts a full year no issues, and now my Montana 2018 is three years old and still looks new. Save the $ you would waste at a dealer and buy your family something nice

Ceramic coatings? Who's tried them? Cleaning the bugs and bird crap off the front cap is a real chore even with the dealer applied exterior protection. I want to apply something to make it easier to clean.

I've used the Image Wash and Turtle Wax Hybrid Ceramic with good results. Pretty labor intensive though just due to the sheer size. Turley wax is wipe on/wipe off.
The image wash does a good job if not too dirty. I refuse to use a pressure washer so I got the hose end foamer.

I'm with everyone else; this just sounds like a way to take an extra $1500 from you. I would be skeptical of anything that is just spray on.

You did not say if your new Montana has full body paint; sounds like it does not. I had my F-450 and Explorer ceramic coated and very happy with the results. But I'm not sure this is an option for a non-painted Montana; or even with a painted one considering the bare-bones paint job they put on them. In any case, ceramic coating a 5th wheel would cost many thousands (truck was $3k). If I was going to do it, I would just have the front cap coated. I use a Bugg Banner to keep the bugs off the front; works great, but they are no longer in business.

The best way to take care of your Montana is keep it out of the sun when not being used. Use your money for a pole barn or some other kind of cover.
