FM Antenna cable missing

This is the first year with our new 2020 HC294RL and I’m busy working the bugs out of it. Since we picked it up in the spring the radio reception has been horrible. So today I pulled out the KeyTV module in the wet bay and as I suspected there is no FM antenna cable either connected to the module or hanging loose inside the wall. Has anyone else experienced this? And before I call the dealer, does anyone know for sure if there is supposed to be one? I haven’t pulled out the radio, tried the KeyTV module first as that looked easier.

Mine has been behind the radio on two of our three Monty's, haven't looked on the newest one.

I’m thinking mine may be also, but given the rig is new I expect this to be a warranty issue.

brooks340, Yes, my KeyTV device has a coaxial cable connected to FM. I haven't pulled the radio out to check and see if there is actually a connection behind it.
