Air-hitch or Reese or Husky? Is it hype?

Ive bought the Ford 350 PSD dually, but not the trailer. I need a hitch, and understand that there is a stress factor on the trailer which can be mediated by the choice of hitches. Is this true, or just market hype? Thanks.
