After owning my Carefree Colorado Awning and buying it in 2008 at the Q. I was having a problem with where it connects to the aluminum wrap. I called them up and they asked where the RV was I told them at my home they said OK and had a tecnition repairing it in 3 days of my call. I love there customer service, I will buy from them forever.
