electric plug addition

I would like to add a electrical box in the basement of my 3400 . I would like to know where the easiest tie-in of romex power would be. I will use it for little fridge, radio, battery charger, etc. also are,our attenna's on the2007 3400 a HD attenna will they work with the converter box, thank Louis from Pittsburg,CA
