Coach Net

Had a job interview for next winter at the Imperial National Wildlife Refuge about 45 miles north of Yuma. Neither of my garmin GPS's could find the address and I didn't want to take the truck across the state and see if the Rand McNally would find it when we got closer. Mapquest thought they found it and when I followed their directions (off by about six miles) they got me close enough to find some signage and finish the trip. Just as we pulled into the visitor center the left rear tire went flat (had a screw in it). Since I was dressed for a job interview and it was hot and dusty I called Coach Net. It took three calls to get all the info transferred to them since I only had about a half of a bar cell service. They called back twice to check on me (one of the calls had to be placed twice by them) and the wrecker driver called twice. Once to make sure he understood how to find me and a second time to tell me he was stuck behind a road painting crew and would be late. Everything worked out well and the wrecker driver even give me directions to the nearest tire store to fix the flat. I've had Coach Net of several years now, but only used them to help me find an RV repair location so I was very happy to see how professional and competent they were.

Glad to hear that. I dropped AAA after 22 years a member and got Coach Net. I have not the need to use them yet, but hope if I do, the experience is as good as yours.
