Butch, can I watch with you.

You absolutely can watch Rich. The more the merrier. The sites at Jackson are large (as you know), so we can handle a whole bunch of watchers.

I have a stained glass in our door that we got at Algodones a couple of years ago. What I did was leave the original window in and installed the new window on the inside of the door. My thinking this helps to support the stained window. On the inside I got some thin foam insulation with sticky on one side. Also bought some flat head screws about 1/8" longer than the original ones. Painted them black to match and installed. This is the second trailer I have had it on. It shows thru nicely. Also good advice to have someone hold from the outside when removing the screws. Also put a bead of silicone on the outside edge.

After having our first stained glass window slide right thru my fingers we had a new one made for us in Florida. One trick we learned was to secure a 3M hook, the large one that you would use for towels etc, on the middle of the window. That gave us a handle to hold on to and was easily removed when we got the window in place and screwed back in.

Ron, we installed about 10 of them at the fall rally. A guy was selling them and we just went from one Montana to another. You have great advice on doing your own install. After the first, they get easier.

I used all the advice and installed it yesterday. After seeing those prices I`m sure glad I went to Mexico.
Thanks everyone.
