Slide circuit breaker
Here is something I found from Lippert while the cat walked across the keyboard...
It is interesting they call 'Enhancement conditions' a low battery, heavy loads or cold weather. Must have been a Lawyer..

Nice find Ozz, I think "enhancement conditions" didn't come from a lawyer, it came from a YAVIS.

Actually, I printed this out and gave it to my dealer to "fix" the slideout stopping situation. As noted, the cold & battery condition does, in fact, affect the operation of the slides even with the 80 amp breaker installed. So, I guess I'll just camp in warm weather with a fully charged battery!

Ozz,
It's called "participatory maintenance". I'd have done it myself but the Monty is still under warranty and I didn't want to give the dealer an "out" on future warranty issues by doing the work myself. Just watching my "six".

That's a nice looking and economical 80 amp breaker... or should I say twin 40 amp breakers because that's what it appears to be? Nice find Ozz!

I see the rule is to keep heavy objects off the slides. I think this means we should ship all the stuff we put inside our rigs by UPS to each of our stops and final destination. I have to tell my wife to leave her fabric store and embroidery machine home. I think for $20.00 Lippert would require the 80 amp breaker be used so no one has the slide problem in the first place.

old turbo you are a Hoot! I bet you would have to look to a Lawyer for the breaker issue, I don't know why they did what they did. I agree with you.

Had to research this one, The breaker shown is a auto resetting marine water proof 80 amp by Buss.
The only thing I have noticed when we extend is that I get a pause in a slide (kitchen) then it resumes after the other (dining/living room) totally extends. I attribute this to hydraulics and not electrical. Does that sound like proper operation?
My sequence is: Bedroom all the way, Kitchen about 6 to 8 inches with living room. Then the kitchen stops, LR fully extends and kitchen fully extends.

I think your diagnosis is probably right. Undoubtedly, the kitchen slide hits a tight spot where it stops.
Back to the breakers. We never had a problem until our cylinder got rusty, and I installed a new one. So, I guess that would be considered another "enhancement". Funny thing is, our dealer's tech told me they were replacing the 50 amp breakers with two forties on their new units, and that was in early 2007. Go figure.
