King Pin
Hi I have a question that I haven't seen yet I don't think. I am installing the JT Strong Arm Stabalizers in a couple of weeks. Do you still need to use the King pin Stabalizer or can you do away with it?

You should not need it any longer. A stabilizer system is on my shopping list and the tripod will go bye-bye when that happens - yippee!
Enjoy!

We only keep the king pin stablizer to protect me from running into the king pin and when we have the front skirting on it acts as a brace.

We gave ours away the day we got the JT Stabilizers installed. I never really thought it did much good anyway.

I would save it just in case you buy a boat. Tie a rope to it and they make great anchors .
Seriously though, I gave mine away. You will not need it after installing the stabilyzers.

Give it to one of your enemies and let them carry it around for a while.
You won't need it with your JT's.
