Removing the Television

Can anyone help direct me on the best way to access the back of the television. I was trying to hook up my FM Antenna from the DVD player and the antenna wire just dropped down through the hole where it presumably was connected to the television or something behind the television. This is in the living room of my 3075RL 2007 Monty.

There is a wooden plug either on the top, or side wall depending upon the model, that you need to remove and then remove that one screw. I have the DVD player under my TV, and the other 2 or 3 screws are there going up to the bottom of the TV. The TV is heavy, and will fall and rip wires (as there is not a lot of extra play in the wires) unless you have some help to hold the TV when it is coming out.
