Heater Not Working - 2009 Montana mountaineer

hi my name is Vanessa Billman,
I live in PA and own a 2009 keystone Montana mountaineer edition that I just purchased and I need help with turning on the furnace for the heater it self. the gas oven and hot water works so I'm at a loss here I tried watching videos on youtube but that was no help. if someone can assist me with getting this heater up and running I'd greatly appreciate it. thank you

It should be controlled by your thermostat. Mine's an 06 so probably similar to your set up. I flip the lever on the bottom of the stat to the right. That turns the stat on. Hit the mode button until the word "heat" appears. Push the up arrow until it shows a temperature higher than the actual room temp of the 5'er . Fan of the furnace should come on and blow for a few seconds then you will hear the burner ignite.

Hi there,
I have tried that. The heater was working till we ran out of gas. And then when I put in a new tank that’s when it wasn’t working anymore but the oven and hot water and everything else works just not the heater itself.

When you turn the thermostat off then back on what does the furnace do if anything? Does the blower come on?
