Screw popping in floor

I have a 2019 330RL, found a screw popped up under lino in living room. I took screw out and put some locktite in and re tightened screw. On anew trip and screw popped up again. Screw is 4" long and goes through floor into metal frame. I took screw out put in some gorilla glue and screw now won't tighten as floor must be stripped. Any ideas what I can do to get screw back in and grab to tighten ?

Just leave the screw out. You likely will do more damage messing with one screw than not having it will do.

As Bob said, I'd leave it out. If you find you really need to put it back in, try putting pieces of a toothpick in the hole to give it some bite. The glue will help as well.
