Water pressure issue

I have found that the water pressure on all 3 sinks is very low whether no matter if using the water pump or city water. The one in the bathtub works fine. I may be wrong but I think before we had the great "snow-pocalypse" a couple of months back it worked fine. I have not found any leaks anywhere so I'm at a loss. Any ideas oh wise ones?

check the screens in the aerators on the sinks. I have had them get sand or other sediments in them and they reduce the pressure.

I cleaned out the 2 bath screens and now they work better. The kitchen does not have a removable one that I can see. One of the ones with the sprayer head built in but, I wiil deal with that later. Thanks for the advice. I should have know to do that...getting old I guess. Thanks again!
