Hi

The labels on the valves in the convenience center are sometime confusing.

I would hook up the water supply and make sure when you first turn it on that nothing is running like the water tank power fill valve etc.

Then make sure all of you water faucets in the trailer work. Make sure you get water out of the hot water side of your kitchen sink.

I had turned the wrong valve in the dark once and when I started trying to figure out where they should be set it became a problem. Fortunately I had a picture of the convenience center and was able to determine what was correct.

Why not remove the wall in the basement to access the pump and then remove the discharge line turn it on and see if you get all wet. Then you can do the bucket test and see if it is drawing water from the tank. Just have lots of rags to catch water and make sure the wife is not mad at you when you have her turn on the pump.....My bet is either the pump is bad or it's not getting water from the tank....The pump itself is fairly basic.......
