Website floorplans
Keystone/Montana, I suggest you update the floorplans on your website.
We have a 2011 3665RE which has 1, an entry door coat/storage closet on the right, and 2, a pantry between the fridge and stairs, which are not shown on the 2011 floorplan page.
We have had friends that were in the the market for a 5th wheel who asked if we had these custom made, because they had crossed this model off their list, not knowing it was standard, but otherwise loved the floorplan.
They bought SOB before seeing our 3665RE.
This couple are experienced RVers and know exactly what they wanted and, I wonder how many sales you have lost because of this on other floorplans as well as ours?
I realize some changes are made as the model year goes along, but to this magnitude? I can see the pantry being an easy addition, but the entry door closet?
