Thanks Glenn. That's what I wanted. Yea it's not very warm here. We had some bad flooding here last week. Lot of sandbagging in some areas.

Glenn: I must be dumb. I can get the banner from McAllen up but can't get it into my signature area. How do I paste it there?

Bill and Ann,
Open your "Profile" and in the signature block post whatever you're trying to do.

I have put the address in the signature block but as you can see in the previous post the banner does not show.

Bill and Ann,
Could be a setting on your computer. I can't see mine either on one of my computers but can on the others. Unsolved mystery.

Just came back to the forum. With no changes to my computer all of a sudden I can see the temp banner. What gives? This has been going on for 3 or more months.

Okay I think I found it. It is the Norton Internet Security. I have this on my other computers so it has to be a setting. It is easy just to disable when I'm on the forum and then enable when I go off. Or now that my mystery is solved maybe I won't care.

Yes you can Carol. Follow Glen's directions. You may need to log off and on again to get it to work. Try and keep asking, you've got a lot of IT/IS people on this forum ready to exhange their wealth of knowledge.

Carol,
I just did something I never do. I didn't explain why and what you are doing. The "[img]" says to start an image. Then you tell it where the image is or the path or address if you will. That is the whole http string. Then at the end you place another "[img]" to tell it to stop but you need the / (forward slash)right before the img after the [. You are just writing a little script. Keeping trying, it will happen.
