Air compressor

What kind of air compressor are you all using? I've got 2 150 PSI compressors and I'm having a heck of a time getting the tires to 110 PSI using the TST 507 flow thru sensors. Anybody else had this issue?

That's one of the two I have. Do you air up going through the TST Flow thru sensor or directly to the valve stem?

I use a Viair. A little pricey, inflates fast and runs on 12V.

Try filling with the sensors removed. The TST rep recommended the non flow through sensors when I bought.

I bought the flow thru sensors to use as they were intended. A couple of them are 8 years old and I was able to get 108 or more with both 614's on the old rig and Sailuns on this one using that compressor.

I was ale to get 107 in my tires via the flow thru sensors. I'll try taking them off and see if that makes it so I can get 110 in there.

Thanks. I actually carry one like DQDick posted in the generator area of our rig.

The only complaint I have ever seen posted about the flow thru sensors was that air flow was slow and restricted thru them.

I have the non flow thru sensors. And since I typically only have to add air at the start of each new season, that is not a problem.

This matches the input I got from the TST rep. He recommended the non flow through sensors.

Now I am glad I got the non-flow thrus!!! I did it because I read you have to send the old sensors back to get the batteries replaced in the flow thru. But the non-flow thru can be replaced with a 'tiny' phillips screwdriver. (Really tiny!)

Actually my flow thru sensors use the small phillips head to change the batteries. I change batteries every year.
