Hi from one of the newbies

We are new to the forum (Oct. 29th)and have already learned a lot while perusing the forum. We ordered our 2008 Montana 3400RL almost 4 weeks ago at the CA RV show in Pomona. For five years we have studied every Montana we see, at dealers, shows, RV Parks, on the Road etc. We bought a 2006 Springdale 2 years ago, as an entry level trial to see if we liked traveling with an RV. Need I say more, we love it! As a side note, I grew up traveling across the country every summer in a 16ft. Aristocrat travel trailer(anyone remember those), then my parents ugraded to a huge 19ft. Terry with bathroom but no holding tanks!?! Anyway we are so excited to finally become Montana owners. We look forward jumping in with both feet into the forum. One question: Someone suggested in the new menber introduction that we should attend a rally. I don't think we can attend the Spring rally in Tucson all 7 days, so the question is: What are the best days to attend a rally if you can't do all?

All for now,
Sharon

Probably the best days of any rally are the days you are there. Welcome to the Forum.

Sharon,
Probably the 2nd day through the next to last day if you cannot do it all. Think about the rally at Mt. Shasta in May also. Welcome.
Happy trails.......................

Hey! The DW and I are newbies too, but have been enjoying our new Montana as well as this forum. Our dealer didn't have a 3400RL on the lot, and didn't know when one was coming in. I think that if I hadn't had the question about my TV pulling a rig with 4 slides I would have ordered one. We settled for the 3000RK and love it. Welcome to the club.
