When we were at the fall rally Mark Kohl suggested as Many Moc'ers that can make it be at the Tampa RV show for a get together at the Montana Exhibit . The day would be senior day which I believe is Wednesday of the week of the show. It has been done bef ore with a very good turnout.
This is a great opportunity to meet with Keystone and Montana managers as well as seeing the new Montana models. If there is interest we will co ordinate the event.

You know a thread posting all the shows and their dates would be really useful. We really like hitting the shows in conjunction with our travels. So do tell when is this Tampa show?

Are all the Florida shows about the same size or is one a lot bigger than the others?

Thanks for the link Rich.

It's sort of a toss up, Hershey claims to be the biggest, but adds for the January Tampa Supershow claim it's the biggest.

I have been to Hershey and Tampa and Tampa is bigger. We go every year to the Tampa show. Wednesday is not good for us to go to the Tampa show because we run an activity in our park every Wednesday.

Wednesday is usually the best day to go.It is senior day and the first day of the show, in the middle of the week . Weekends are a nightmare. For those who can attend we usually meet at the Montana exhibit the rally map will tell you where it is. 1Pm is usually a good time to meet.We go every year.

If there is to be a meeting of MOCers We (John and Jackie Dahl) will attend. We are camped at Silver Springs for the winter. DW has a niece in Tampa that we will stay with.

We are not seniors yet so no discounts for us. What parks would you recommend for a short term stay that time of year? Been our experience that the snow birds have the parks just about packed out that time of year....

We did stay a Hillsborough State park for a week or so two years ago and that wasn't too bad. At least there was some room between the campsites....But not sure with our much longer new camper if that is going to be a good option. I'll have to tell you how my wife met her first alligator at Hillsborough lol in a kayak no less, first time in a kayak at that.....lets just say she knows how to paddle real fast now.....

We stay in a park just a few minutes north of Hillsborough state park and there might be a spot or two available. I don’t think all the parks are 100% full. Our park has room for big rigs but all sites are back in.we stay in Zephyrhills at Hillcrest.
