Thanks/recognition...

Is there anyway that we could add something to the forum that would allow us to react to posts, even if that is only for thanking, that is visual for everyone to see?

There a lot of posts that I would like to thank, and I do occasionally send out the thanks, but that doesn't let others know that I thanked that person. The reason that's important is because if multiple people have thanked someone for a post, it lends a little more credence to it being a valid solution.

I do also understand that can be misused, so I don't know if one outweighs the other.
