We pulled into Sevierville TN River Plantation RV park yesterday in hot hot weather, and no rear AC. Park recommended Ricky's RV Repair, called early afternoon, he showed up at 7PM that night from a PTA meeting with his daughter, and a very professional mobile rv shop. The compressor was shot, he had units in stock, came out 1000 the next day, had a lift, installed the new unit, and when he ran late, called to let us know why. Even had a vacuum cleaner, took his shoes off when he came in the unit to work, was knowledgable and very professional. He covers Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area, and has a fixed facility with 4 bays and a staff of 6, and fair prices. If in trouble, I recommend his outfit without hestitation.
