New 376FL Owners

Hello out there, we just ordered a new 2021 Montana HC 376FL and we can't be more excited. We love the floorplan, it just works for us and our 2 teenagers. It's not perfect but we had to go with the Montana brand. We could not find a 376FL anywhere in stock here in Calgary and area so we ordered it without actually walking through it. A bit of a risk.
We have heard that the 376FL can bottom out on the back end. Has anyone experienced any issues with this? Also we are concerned about the heating and cooling in the loft and bedroom??
We would appreciate any information...
