Norcold fridge problems

This is the first time this year I have tried to use the Norcold double door fridge. The problem is the freezer portion works well as it's supposed to, but the lower portion does not seem to be cooling. I know there is a sliding sensor of sorts that slides up and down on the cooling fins to determine how cool the lower portion should be. I have taken it off, looked for corrosion or anything unusual before reattaching it. This problem occurs on both propane and electric. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply everyone. Come to find out, the extremely hot temps in this area did indeed need about 24 hours to show some kind of cooling. So, panic mode avoided.
