Don, that is a question with too many variables. Soft start/no soft start, temperature, elevation, etc. our solar system will run everything on 30 amps. However, our AC’s both have soft start. It will shed loads (temporarily turn off things) if we go over. On 30 amp we can run both AC’s, the TV and lights. We get a lot of flexibility with two Honda 2000’s. If we are camping anywhere under the 80’s, we can get by running one generator if it’s cloudy. Otherwise, our solar keeps up. If you absolutely need to run everything, some are running two 4500 watt generators. How much will you really use them? Running AC off of generators gets expensive. Good luck. Get what works for you.
