Kitchen slide floor sticking...

Anyone else having problems retracting/extendng the kitchen slide (our rig is a 3400RL) due to the bottom of the slide floor (the carpeted area) making contact with the linoleum and basically scraping across the linoleum?

I have already lowered the slide by about 1/2 inch. I did this back in October. I am hesitant to lower the slide anymore. I sure would appreciate some suggestions.

Thanks,
