Entry Door no longer closes

We were having a problem with our door closing and all it was, was the door striker plate had loosened over time and was not properly aligned. Also make sure your stairs are all the way up, or that won't allow the door to shut all the way. Just a thought. Hope you resolve this.

I had same problem. It is bent. You need to bent it back so when steps are down the are flush with the threshold

I accidentally leveled the rig with the stairs down and bent the top, Stood on the stairs threshold and stomped it back into position. Actually, it bends quite easily. Problem solved.
