Lingering Pink stuff taste and smell

I've been using 'pink' antifreeze for many years. This is the first RV that has a lingering taste for several weeks.

The system has had possibly 500 flushing gallons of fresh water through the system before a trip and more at the CG and that taste and smell still lingers somewhat. There was no antifreeze put in the HW heater or fresh tank. The unused and dead headed washer/dryer lines have been cut at the tee and capped off. The water pump line has been run and flushed as well. Where does that pink hide out that doesn't get flushed or is it just a PEX thing. Have others encountered this? Next fall, I'll probably only blow the water system out and just use pink in the drains
