Cheektowaga (Buffalo NY Area)

Can anyone recommend any campgrounds in or around the Buffalo, NY area?

May be heading that direction the end of June, beginning of July. Being 4th of July may put a hamper on it due to availability.

Thanks in advance.

Not really in Buffalo, but I have heard good things about Four Mile Creek State Park which is near the Lake Ontario end of the Niagara River.

Sixty miles further east is a nice campgrounds called Southwoods in Byran, NY, route 262. We stay there when visiting my folks. Availability is a question for 4th of July weekend. I will be back up there the 25th of June through 1 July site C7. PM me if you want more information.
Cheers and safe towing.

Lei Tai camp grounds east of buffalo in the Batavia area. we went there a few years age and it was very nice. I believe that it how it is spelled. I can find it if you need info.
Also if you are heading west towards erie Pa. there is lake erie state park, about 45 miles west of Buffalo on route 5, they have 50amp sites and water close by all the sites. Also a KOA close to the state park if you are in the mood to spend 48 dollars a night.!!!
