Pest control

I'm going to be parking my Montana at my mothers house in Fl for a couple months. It will not be occupied until we get back there in mid February. It's in a rural area on the edge of the yard. I need a few suggestions about how to keep the critters and bugs out of the unit. I read something about dryer sheets keeping mice away. We plan on spraying bug killer on the ground but i have little faith that it will do much over 4 months. Any tips to share????
Thanks, John
